How long will my canvas print take to arrive?
Please allow 5–10 business days from payment to delivery. Your canvas is printed and framed in Australia to order, then sent with free express delivery. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as it ships.
How do I track my order?
When your canvas ships you'll get an email with the tracking link. You can also reopen the order status page from the link shown at checkout to see its progress.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Email info@estatemediaco.au with a photo of the damage within 14 days and we'll replace it free of charge — no need to return the damaged print.
Can I get a refund or change my order?
Each canvas is printed to order, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns once printing has started. If you contact us before production begins we'll do our best to amend or cancel the order. Faulty or damaged prints are always replaced free.
What's the difference between the free download and a canvas print?
The free download is a low-resolution file for personal, non-commercial use only (such as a phone wallpaper), with the credit shown at download time. The canvas is a professionally printed and optionally framed physical artwork delivered to your door.
Can I use a photo for my business or website?
Not under the free licence. Commercial use requires a paid licence — submit a licence enquiry from any photograph and we'll quote for your intended use.
Do I need an account?
Yes — a free member account is required for free downloads and canvas orders. Sign-in takes a few seconds with Google or your email.
