This policy covers Coast Drones, the curated photography gallery operated by Estate Media Co.
What we collect
When you create a member account we store your name and email address from your sign-in provider. We also store the photo references you choose as favourites so you can access them across devices. When you order a canvas print we also collect your delivery address and phone number so the order can be produced and shipped. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are never seen or stored by us.
How we use it
We use your details to provide downloads, fulfil print orders, send order and shipping updates, and respond to enquiries, and to keep your favourites in your member account. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the site: our payment provider to process orders, our print partner to produce and ship canvas prints, and our hosting platform to operate accounts and storage. Each receives only what it needs for that purpose.
Browsing interest
We count public photo opens and suburb selections to understand which parts of the collection attract interest. A random identifier kept in your tab's session storage prevents repeated opens inflating the daily counts. The stored identifier is hashed separately each UTC day and is not linked to your member account, email, IP address or original photo file names. Only the owner can see the counts and rankings. Signed-in owner activity and automatic slideshow changes are excluded. These records are retained to provide historical interest totals; closing the tab ends its identifier.
Social sharing
Sharing is optional. We do not connect to your social accounts or post on your behalf. If you open Instagram or Facebook, or choose an app from your device's share menu, that service handles the photo, link and caption you choose to share under its own privacy policy. Your private favourites list is not included.
Your choices
You may ask to view, correct or delete your account and personal information at any time by emailing info@estatemediaco.au. Order records needed for tax and warranty purposes may be retained as required by law.
